- Payment Information: Stripe processes payment data; we do not store full card details
- Communication Data: Messages, forum posts, event RSVPs, member offers (stored in our database)
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, device type, browser, IP address (via Google Analytics)
- AI Processing Data: Prompts and responses when using AI features (processed server-side; not stored long-term)
- Email Communications: Transactional emails sent via Resend (offer notifications, event confirmations)
2. How We Use Your Information
Account & Authentication:
To create and manage your account, verify your identity, and provide secure access to member features.
Payment Processing:
To process membership subscriptions and event payments through Stripe. We never see your full card details.
Communication:
To send transactional emails (confirmations, offers, event updates) via Resend and to facilitate member-to-member messaging.
Service Improvement:
To analyze usage patterns (via Google Analytics) and improve the platform's features and user experience.
AI Features:
To process your prompts through OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or Perplexity APIs for AI-powered features. These requests are not stored long-term.
Legal Compliance:
To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
